As a Concierge, you'll be the first impression for residents and guests, offering service that’s polished, warm, and reliable. If you love helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this may be the perfect role for you.<br><br><strong> SCHEDULE: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Thursday To Monday: 11 PM to 7:30 AM </li><li> Off: Tuesday and Wenesday <br><br></li></ul><strong> What You’ll Do: <br><br></strong><strong>Resident & Guest Services<br><br></strong><ul><li> Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth </li><li> Announce visitors and manage deliveries with care </li><li> Keep the lobby calm, clean, and inviting </li><li> Support leasing tours and resident events with a polished front desk presence </li><li> Conduct lobby checks for lighting, music, scent, and overall atmosphere <br><br></li></ul><strong>Security & Access Control<br><br></strong><ul><li> Monitor building camera systems and logs </li><li> Track vendor and contractor activity and follow access procedures </li><li> Respond to safety or privacy concerns calmly and appropriately <br><br></li></ul><strong>Package & Amenity Management<br><br></strong><ul><li> Log and organize packages and deliveries using digital tools </li><li> Track service requests and amenity bookings </li><li> Support the package room and inventory systems </li><li> Manage visitor logs and help maintain accurate resident preferences <br><br></li></ul><strong>Move-In & Move-Out Support<br><br></strong><ul><li> Prepare elevators and common areas for scheduled moves </li><li> Notify the Resident Manager of unscheduled move-ins/outs </li><li> Ensure smooth transitions with clear communication <br><br></li></ul><strong>Leasing & Visitor Assistance<br><br></strong><ul><li> Welcome prospective residents and alert the leasing team </li><li> Share branded materials and collect contact information </li><li> Maintain a composed and helpful presence <br><br></li></ul><strong>Lifestyle & Brand Engagement<br><br></strong><ul><li> Offer local tips, help with events, and maintain bulletin boards </li><li> Remember and act on resident preferences to personalize service </li><li> Be a trusted connector in the community <br><br></li></ul><strong>Emergency Response & Service Support<br><br></strong><ul><li> Follow all emergency procedures and stay calm under pressure </li><li> Step in to solve service issues when possible, and escalate as needed </li><li> Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction <br><br></li></ul><strong>Teamwork & Professionalism<br><br></strong><ul><li> Keep the front desk clean and organized </li><li> Join daily huddles and team updates </li><li> Model professionalism and emotional intelligence </li><li> Take on special assignments when asked <br><br></li></ul><strong> Compensation: <br><br></strong>$29.7758 / hourly (Full Union Rate)<br><br><strong>Benefits</strong>:<br><br>Local 32 BJ Benefits<br><br><strong> Schedule <br><br></strong>Friday - Monday: 3pm - 11:30pm<br><br>Tuesday: 11pm - 7:30am<br><br>Off Wednesday and Thursday<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong> What You Bring: <br><br></strong><ul><li> A passion for excellent service and a composed, professional attitude </li><li> Experience 1-3 years in hospitality, customer service, or luxury properties is a plus </li><li> Comfort using basic digital tools (logging systems, CRM platforms, Emails, MS Office tools etc.) </li><li> Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods </li><li> High school diploma or equivalent <br><br></li></ul><strong>Why You’ll Love It Here:<br><br></strong>You’ll be part of a company that values treating both our residents and team members with respect, appreciation, and care.
