Job Description

Location: Work from Home

Working hours / Job Type:

Their model streamlines what is traditionally a fragmented process, allowing clients to collaborate with one unified team throughout the entire project lifecycle. They are known for creating high-performing, culture-driven work environments for major Australian organizations, supported by strong technical expertise, creative capability, and national project experience.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Creative Video Editor & Motion Designer, you will help shape the narrative of our content, including story flow, content angles, messaging, and the emotional impact of the final output. This role requires a high level of creative judgment, initiative, and ownership. You will bring demonstrated experience in content ideation, storytelling, and creative direction—not just strong technical editing skills.

You can create content that feels cinematic while remaining native to modern social platforms, delivering engaging and impactful stories that align with contemporary brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content, including short-form social media videos, founder-led thought leadership content, client testimonials, project showcase films, and animated brand videos
  • Create engaging LinkedIn and META content tailored to platform-specific audiences and objectives
  • Develop motion graphics, animated elements, and typography-driven edits that enhance storytelling and brand messaging
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals
  • Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to improve the effectiveness and impact of video content
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Edit footage provided by the Australian-based creative team and deliver polished final assets within agreed timelines
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions to ensure all content meets creative and business objectives

Requirements

  • Highly organised, collaborative, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and proactively contribute creative ideas
  • Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining and applying each brand's unique guidelines in video content
  • Must have own equipment

Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Motion graphics and kinetic typography animation
  • Sound editing, audio enhancement, and music selection
  • Colour correction and colour grading
  • Social media formatting, optimisation, and export workflows

Advantageous or Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

  • Experience creating content for architecture, interior design, lifestyle, or branding-focused businesses
  • Previous agency, studio, or commercial video editing experience
  • Strong understanding of premium brand aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • Ability to contribute creative concepts, content ideas, and storytelling direction
  • Experience with Cinema 4D
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and AI-assisted editing workflows

Benefits

30 days of paid time off (PTO), pro rata, inclusive of annual leave, personal/sick leave, and all public holidays (Australian or Philippines). All leave requests must be submitted in advance and approved in writing
