This is a remote position.

At Enthuziastic, we create impactful learning experiences that empower children and engage families across diverse backgrounds. We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Executives for our voice process.

Role Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with parents, sharing relevant information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive communication experience. You will play a key role in engaging families and supporting their journey with Enthuziastic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with parents via calls and engage them in meaningful conversations
  • Provide clear and accurate information about Enthuziastic’s programs and offerings
  • Understand parent requirements and respond appropriately
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all interactions
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and support

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Good listening and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle conversations confidently and professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge (Zoho Tools, CRM tools)
  • Prior experience in BPO / calling / customer support roles preferred
  • Comfortable working in a structured calling environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in voice process (inbound/outbound)
  • Background in customer engagement or support roles
  • Multilingual communication skills (added advantage)
