This role will join the Partnership Marketing team, reporting directly to the Manager, Partnership Marketing and Government Affairs. In This Function, You Will Be Responsible For - Developing, managing and maintaining partner relationships, including crafting marketing proposals, handling budgets, providing recaps and analytics, and assisting with proofing, collateral, and invoicing. - Collaborating with multiple teams to develop and implement effective consumer and trade marketing campaigns and promotions. - Balancing Delta Vacations strategy and brand standards with Partner’s needs and requests—ensuring the integrity of both - Being highly organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, comfortable negotiating and working with a variety of personalities and cultures and being able to work independently is key. This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) - Be able to effectively communicate with management, staff and suppliers and demonstrate sound judgment and critical thinking skills - Possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Possess strategic and decision-making ability and be able to prioritize, and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously - High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required - Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required - Two years of marketing, communications and/or advertising experience required - Knowledge of marketing, advertising and media methods required - Must demonstrate strong English language grammar and writing skills. Strong mathematical aptitude required - Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. - Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. - Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
