General Manager: New Hotel Opening!

As a General Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to open a brand-new hotel from the ground up. You’ll build your team, shape the culture, establish operational excellence, and set the standard for an exceptional guest experience from day one. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food services, and more.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Leading and inspiring a diverse team to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  • Handling financial management, budget planning, and ensuring profitability.
  • Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest standards of guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Extensive experience in hotel or hospitality management.
  • Able to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a general management role within the hospitality industry is required.
  • Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
