Insurance Sales Representative – Local GEICO Agency (West near UTEP)

Are you ready to start a rewarding career in the insurance industry? Our local GEICO agency in West El Paso, near UTEP, is looking for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

This position is open to both licensed and unlicensed candidates — if you’re not yet licensed, we’ll help you obtain your General Lines Property & Casualty License and provide all the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell Auto and Home Insurance policies to new and existing customers
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service
  • Learn proven sales techniques and grow your knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Work closely with our team to meet and exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Great people skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and sales ability (experience as a bartender, server, call center rep, telemarketer, or in auto/insurance sales is a plus)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
  • Must work on-site (this is not a remote position)

Requirements

  • General Lines Property & Casualty License not required at hire—we’ll help you obtain it
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable transportation to our West office near UTEP
