Job Overview Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant, and Shipping Clerk. All role types perform production duties such as picking/packing, receiving/stowing, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading/loading trucks. Responsibilities also include communicating instructions, motivating associates, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Role Types ISS Representative : Power connector – maintaining the link between Corporate Retail Teams and the FC, reporting & re‑escalation of tickets, and resolving problem items that cannot be received in the RC. Handles tactical and strategic handling of Retail Request Tickets. Process Assistant : Smooth operator – supports daily management of department duties, allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with suppliers.
