  • Tier 1 (0–11 units/year): 175 bps
  • Tier 2 (12–24 units/year): 187.5 bps

This tiered structure ensures that your earnings grow as you grow your business. Please note, we charge a $595 per file fee.

About the Role:

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at Money Well Lending, you will guide clients through the mortgage process, offering personalized mortgage solutions that best meet their financial needs. You’ll be responsible for providing clients with a stress-free, seamless experience from consultation to closing, ensuring they get the best mortgage products available.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend the best mortgage products, including FHA loans, Conventional loans, Non-QM loans, and DSCR loans.
  • Manage loan applications to ensure all required documents are accurately completed and submitted for processing and approval.
  • Work directly with underwriters and processors to expedite loan approvals and closings.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed of loan progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator (minimum of 1 year preferred).
  • Current NMLS licensure is required.
  • Expert knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
