About Company

At Remote Lender, we're an investment-focused mortgage brokerage specializing in co-living, PadSplit, rent-by-room, DSCR, and other business-purpose loans for real estate investors across 45 states. We're not a generalist shop. Most investor deals fail because of financing structure, and closing that gap is exactly why we exist.

Innovation is part of who we are. We're building proprietary AI-powered systems to amplify how our loans get processed and funded, which means the work here looks different from a traditional brokerage.

We move quickly, embrace new ideas, and believe the best results come from people who take ownership and support one another. Although we're a fully remote team, we're genuinely connected. We celebrate wins, help each other succeed, and care about one another as people. There is no internal competition. Just one team working together to build something exceptional.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
