Job Description:

We are in the process of recruiting a proficient professional to assume the role of Private Wealth Manager. As a Private Wealth Manager, you will act as a reliable advisor to our Premier clients, providing them with tailored financial advice. You will work together with our internal teams to ensure clients receive the necessary support at every stage of their financial journey, including proactive client engagement, timely resolution of banking queries, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive the acquisition and retention of clients, thereby increasing revenue and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Work together with the Regional Manager or Branch Manager to create and implement client-centric strategic marketing plans aimed at generating new business through activities like prospecting, making external calls, networking, and obtaining referrals.
  • Display authentic interest in clients, assisting them in reaching their financial goals. Translate client insights and sales resources into actionable sales strategies and techniques, proactively recognizing and converting sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Access advanced technical insights from specialists to effectively identify and satisfy multiple client needs.
  • Advocate for our products and services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and proposing referrals to other areas within the organization when appropriate.
  • Play a role in advancing branch improvement endeavors by securing client feedback on our services and making certain adherence to audit prerequisites and quality assurance criteria.
  • Commit to maintaining the operational integrity expectations of EWB and embracing the Business Principles and Values espoused by the organization.
  • Expected to execute any other tasks given.

Qualifications include:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or a corresponding level of practical knowledge is necessary.
  • The obligatory licenses for this role consist of FINRA Series 6, 63, along with Life and Health Insurance, and acquiring the Series 7 license is a requisite within the initial six months.
  • Over five years of verifiable and evolving experience in financial services and retail sales, or equivalent backgrounds, with a history of outstanding sales outcomes and proficiency in banking products for referral purposes.
  • Expertise in cultivating and managing strong connections with wealthy clients or those of similar financial standing.
  • Advanced skills in sales presentations, effective communication, suggestive selling, sales strategy development, mathematical proficiency, rational decision-making, and analytical talents are advantageous.
  • Proficient in handling relationships well, ensuring top-tier client service, managing time wisely, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Thorough understanding of the multitude of financial products and services.
  • Knowing the business banking customer profile and identifying the products and services suitable for complementing Premier offerings.
  • Manifesting a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Sound familiarity with financial orchestration, asset oversight, and client-needs evaluation.

It is a prerequisite for applicants to be authorized to work in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
