Sr Product Manager - remote opportunity

Description/Responsibilities

We're expanding our commercial products, and we need a hands-on Senior Product Manager to help drive the growth. This is a team that gives high-value work a reliable path to execution—committed roadmap items, platform capabilities that support acquisition and marketing, and the conversion and infrastructure work that compounds in value over time.

You'll own day-to-day product leadership for a small, dedicated engineering team, partnering closely with other product squads, marketing, UX, and design. Your job is to turn a portfolio of committed initiatives into shipped outcomes—and to build a durable engine for continuous experimentation.

This role exists to change whether and when work ships. You're the product owner who makes sure committed, high-value work actually happens—on a predictable cadence, with measurable impact.

What You'll Do:

Shape Direction & Stand Up the Team

  • Shape the team's roadmap and what earns a place on it, not just how it ships
  • Establish the operating rhythm—planning, standups, demos, and retros—for a distributed team
  • Break initiatives into sequenced, deliverable milestones the business can trust

Own Delivery & Experimentation

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle—discovery, requirements, build, launch, and iteration
  • Run a disciplined experiment cycle: hypothesis → variant → measure → ship the winner or revert
  • Protect dedicated capacity for high-leverage work so it gets the focused attention it deserves

Engage Stakeholders & Report Impact

  • Represent product with clients and executives, and manage competing stakeholder priorities
  • Own delivery reporting and tie shipped work to revenue, acquisition, conversion, and engagement

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in product management, consistently shipping web and/or mobile to production
  • Sound judgment in complex, multi-variable decisions where priorities and constraints compete
  • Client-facing experience—you've turned client needs into direction the team can act on
  • Delivery leadership—you keep teams productive and aligned, including across time zones and distributed setups
  • Growth and conversion experience—A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and funnel optimization with measurable results
  • Technical fluency with engineers (APIs, feature flags, CMS, analytics); healthcare, wellness, or regulated-industry experience a plus

Core Competencies:

  • Decisiveness under ambiguity—you commit to a direction and adjust as you learn
  • Executive and client presence—you represent product well in the room
  • Ownership and bias for action—you sequence work to build velocity early and ship continuously
  • Data-driven decision making—the numbers guide what ships and what gets reverted

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,700 to $160,000. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Tivity Health offers a robust benefits package, which includes a competitive salary, company bonus potential, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, generous paid time off, free gym membership to over 13,000 fitness locations in the US, and other great benefits.
