Amazon is looking for an experienced Studio Operations Manager to supervise the Studio Operations team in person in a commercial photography studio environment. As the Studio Operations Manager you oversee a team that handles the workflow of high volumes of products used for creative and marketing content between fulfillment center(s) the studio and our external partners. You are responsible for short and long-term operational planning including allocating labor assigning job duties and leading team meetings. You make plans to ensure capacity meets demand creating contingency plans and reacting quickly to changing priorities based on product volume and needs. You set daily production goals and ensure resources are in place to meet targets coordinating directly with multiple teams to ensure seamless planning for products required for content creation. As a leader in the studio you ensure standard operating procedures are followed, identify inefficiencies in workflows and drive a culture of continuous improvement while motivating a team of people to deliver results. You provide assistance and guidance on inventory management troubleshooting and process implementation while collaborating with your peers to share best practices and deliver innovative process procedures that can scale at high volumes.
