About the team

The administrative business partner (ABP) team works with Stripe's executive leaders to strategically manage their day-to-day administrative and operational needs, while also contributing significantly to projects and initiatives that help drive the company's strategic priorities

What you’ll do

This coverage ABP role is focused on covering critical gaps in administrative support to Stripe’s most senior leaders and requires someone who is flexible, agile, and eager to learn. You will be required to support multiple leaders on a temporary basis. You will have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of different areas of the business, build relationships with various leaders, and contribute to the overall health of the global ABP team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide complex and proactive calendar support for multiple leaders concurrently
  • Make recommendations to leaders with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage all related details
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of leaders
  • Own programmatic work that supports the global ABP program
  • Assist with ad hoc projects for the ABP coverage program

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of administrative experience at a quickly scaling or large company, plus experience in a high-growth technology startup
  • You are incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute. You are excellent with time management and able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed.
  • You have a knack for working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. You communicate, perform, and react well under pressure or ambiguity.
  • You enjoy optimizing processes to make them more efficient.
  • You are adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence. You are able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before those needs arise.
