Customer Service Chat Manager - Work From Home, Entry Level

Roles: We are looking for a friendly, organized person to lead a small customer support team in a fully remote setting. This is an entry-level leadership role with full training provided, so no prior management experience is needed.

What you will do

Guide a small team of chat and customer support staff, set daily priorities, and help everyone stay on track. Keep customer requests moving from first message through follow-up, and keep customers informed on timing and progress. Work with other teams to make sure each request has the details needed for a complete answer. Help set up simple team workflows and reporting in our CRM system, and track responsiveness, accuracy, and deadlines to improve how the team works. Learn our product range over time so you can spot gaps and ask better questions.

Skills/background needed: A customer-first mindset and confidence communicating with customers and teammates. Strong organization skills and the ability to keep several tasks moving at once. Comfort with a CRM system and an interest in building simple workflows and reports. Willingness to learn technical products and read basic project documents. Any experience in sales, customer service, or order management is a plus, but not required. A degree is preferred but not necessary.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full time, remote.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
