Full Website Migration (GoDaddy to WordPress) + High-Converting Elementor Storm Landing Page Setup

Job Description:

Project Overview:

We are a trusted, BBB-certified local roofing contractor in Wisconsin (Right Choice Improvements). We are looking for a talented WordPress expert to fully migrate our existing website away from GoDaddy Website Builder and rebuild it from the ground up on WordPress using Elementor Pro.

The primary goal of this project is to take our existing content, elevate our brand design into a professional corporate site, and build a highly optimized "Geo-Targeted Landing Page Master Template" that we can use to drive paid Google Ads traffic after local storm events.

We want to emulate the structural layout and high-converting marketing mechanics used by our competitor: brookens.com.

Key Deliverables:

Full GoDaddy-to-WordPress Migration: Rebuild our entire informational site (Home, About Us, Services, Contact Us, Gallery) on WordPress. We want to keep our core messaging (like "Don't pay out of your pocket, pay out of your premium...") but significantly upgrade the aesthetic, typography, and mobile layout.

SEO Preservation (301 Redirects): Map and implement 301 redirects from our old GoDaddy URL structures to the new WordPress URLs so we do not lose any search indexing or domain authority.

Master Landing Page Template: Build a high-converting, mobile-first landing page template for storm damage. The layout must include a dynamic "Local Storm Radar/Data" block, instant social proof highlights, an objection-handling FAQ section, and hidden global navigation (to prevent ad traffic leakage).

Advanced Lead Intake Forms: Integrate and style a flexible form plugin (such as Gravity Forms or Fluent Forms) featuring scheduling logic (e.g., "(Fastest) – No need to schedule, just stop by" vs. "Please call to schedule").

CRM & Tracking Setup: Ensure the forms route clean lead data to our internal system and set up proper containers for Google Ads conversion tracking tags and Meta pixels.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Record a brief, 5-10 minute Loom video showing our team how to duplicate the master landing page, change the city/date text, and launch a new local campaign in-house in under 5 minutes.

Requirements:

Proven track record of full website migrations to WordPress using Elementor Pro.

Strong background in landing page UI/UX, mobile responsiveness, and page-speed optimization (specifically for local service contractors).

Experience with setting up 301 redirects and maintaining basic technical SEO integrity during a platform switch.

Clear communication skills and willingness to record a brief training off-boarding video.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
