It requires deep expertise in facilitation and adult learning, strong understanding of GTM business dynamics, and the ability to solve real enablement problems through data‑driven and innovative solutions. The facilitator operates independently, leads initiatives of moderate complexity, and serves as a trusted advisor to cross‑functional stakeholders, influencing how onboarding drives readiness, ramp, and performance.Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading cohort kickoffs, milestone reviews, and high‑stakes onboarding sessions, bringing executive presence, narrative skill, and real‑time adaptation to every room.
