Position Details
The Remote LumiLink Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional telehealth support to contracted provider partners by assessing health-related concerns, delivering clinical guidance, and facilitating timely care recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patient health concerns, determining the appropriate level of care and intervention.
- Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address patient needs and provide nursing guidance.
- Monitor remote patient support and monitoring systems, reviewing vital sign data and compliance alerts.
- Advise the customer or their support team on actions to take for vital sign or compliance alerts.
- Respond to symptom-based inquiries, injuries, and general health questions using approved clinical software, nursing protocols, and guideline resources.
- Document patient interactions and recommendations accurately and in accordance with organizational standards.
