Remote | Travel Reservations Associate

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in helping others coordinate their travel plans? We are looking for motivated individuals to assist clients with researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and managing important booking details.

This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, researching destinations, and keeping details organized. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are available to help you learn the reservation and booking process.

What You'll Do

  • Research travel options based on client preferences, needs, and budgets
  • Assist with reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services
  • Compare available options, amenities, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate reservation details and help organize travel itineraries
  • Communicate with clients regarding booking information, updates, and important deadlines
  • Research transportation, activities, excursions, and destination services when needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information
  • Assist with changes or updates to existing travel arrangements
  • Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and supplier resources
  • Provide professional support throughout the reservation and travel planning process
