- 5-7 years graphic design and art direction experience in branded content, agency, editorial or marketing environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A passion for the Athlete*, Sport and Culture
- Solid portfolio of creative work, exhibiting a seasoned background in digital and editorial design
- Under the direction of an Art Director, ability to create original design solutions for 2D and 3D execution for consumer experiences: branding, design systems, retail brand direction, social media and digital
- Great knowledge and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production and publishing across editorial formats and platforms
- Thorough understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of interactive communication, processes and user-interface design for digital products
- Ability to collaborate with and creatively manage freelance design talent
- Ability as a mentor, with a knack and passion for helping everyone on the team to grow, improve, succeed, and advance toward collective and individual goals
- Ability to collaborate on team efforts while also working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities
